Wheelchair Users	Disabled Adults	Sensory Impairment

The Horizon User Group will assist :

To relieve the needs of physically disabled adults in Portsmouth and surrounding areas in particular but not exclusively by the provision of projects, resources, activities, education and support to enable them to fully participate in society and lead independent lives.

The projects are aimed at getting vulnerable members of the community out of their homes and to meet with like minded people and prevent isolation.
