The Aim
Our aim is to put together projects for service users to improve their well being
and to improve the facilities for the Service Users at various centres in Portsmouth

The Horizon User Group will assist disabled groups with small projects
such as creating water features, vegetable gardens and sensory gardens etc.
Our aim would be to raise funds and you build your project.
